Jesús Torres Cely

Jesús Torres Cely is a film and television director from the National University of Colombia, with experience primarily in editing, directing, and screenwriting.
His most notable work includes serving as chief editor on Libia Stella Gómez’s fifth feature film, “Coraje”; as first assistant director on the short film “El futuro ya pasó,” produced by El doble Poder; as director of the short film “Tambo”; and as director and editor of the documentary short “Iron Furrow”. He is currently in pre-production on his first fiction short film and works in the communications department of the Special Jurisdiction for Peace (JEP) of Colombia.
