Thiago & Sharik: Two Perspectives, One Vision Thiago and Sharik were never the typical teammates. Not because they didn’t get along, but because they seemed to live in completely different worlds. Thiago saw life as an action movie—intense, fast-paced, and full of spontaneous decisions. Sharik, on the other hand, saw it as a well-thought-out documentary, where every detail had a purpose and every story deserved to be told with patience. When they got the opportunity to create this short film for a school project, they quickly realized that their different perspectives would either be a challenge… or an opportunity. Thiago wanted the camera to chase after the characters, to capture raw emotions, and to keep the pace relentless. Sharik, in contrast, wanted each shot to speak for itself, to let silence carry as much weight as words, and to ensure that every image built meaning. The challenge wasn’t about deciding who was right—it was about learning to see through each other’s eyes. What if Thiago’s intensity blended with Sharik’s sensitivity? What if, instead of competing, their two ways of seeing the world could coexist in a single story? And so, this short film took shape—a mix of adrenaline and depth, instinct and reflection. A project where the focus wasn’t just on what was told, but how it was told. Through filmmaking, Thiago and Sharik discovered that storytelling isn’t about seeing the world in the same way, but about finding a space where different perspectives meet and create something truly unique.
